You will build and maintain backend services using a modern distributed tech stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions following best practices in design principles, multi-threading, and concurrency.
• Write hands-on code using Core Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST, and NoSQL.
• Reengineer manual workflows to build event-driven architectures.
• Ensure seamless integration across all points in the technology stack.
• Mentor junior team members and design scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of backend Java development experience.
• Deep expertise in Core Java, concurrency, and multi-threading.
• Strong command of design patterns and computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Practical experience with Kafka and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience in modern environments using AWS and DevOps practices.
• Ability to use an IDE effectively to write, compile, and solve complex problem statements.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical thought processes and design decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Financial services background with knowledge of the investment process.
