Description

Lead application development, architecture, and deployment for complex technical requirements while mentoring the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical requirements from initial gathering through to final deployment.
• Mentor developers on design patterns, implementation, and high-quality code delivery.
• Manage code builds, releases, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure stability.
• Interface with database, infrastructure, and web teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with onsite and offsite members to maintain development momentum.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Java development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• 4-8 years of web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES2016+).
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Webpack, Redux, and Flux.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, including stored procedures.
• Experience with JMS, executor framework, and design patterns.
• Competency with Maven, Jenkins/Hudson, Weblogic, or Apache Tomcat.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.
• Strong browser-based debugging and troubleshooting skills.
