Develop APIs, components, and conversational AI virtual assistants for high-traffic enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs for real-time enterprise systems.
• Partner with external teams to build conversational AI virtual assistants across various domains.
• Analyze business requirements and participate in solution design.
• Scale application and database infrastructure processes.
• Work within Agile methodologies using design patterns and revision control.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Proficiency in Web Services using REST and SOAP.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB and Redis.
• Knowledge of JSON and Web Sockets.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization techniques.
• Experience building IVR bots using contact center software such as Genesys or Cisco.
• Experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, or Botpress.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Experience with Git version control, Linux/Unix, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
