Description

You will operate as a senior developer, assisting the tech lead in workload management and driving team delivery on priorities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Assist the tech lead in managing team workload and resource allocation.
• Drive delivery on defined team priorities and technical tasks.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Angular, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure code quality and timely project completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Full-Stack development experience with Java, Angular, and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in Java backend development.
• Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
• Proficiency in Node.js for server-side logic.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in workload management and mentoring junior developers.
• Proven track record of driving team delivery on complex priorities.
