Description

Lead technical design and development for UI and mid-tier systems, converting specifications into robust system architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate UI and mid-tier design specifications and functional requirements into detailed system designs.
• Lead technical design reviews with UI and mid-tier development leads, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Guide team members in troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide mentorship.
• Execute Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies, including code, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Verify functionality, determine root causes for defects, and raise dependencies to the Scrum Master or Delivery Manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Angular for UI development.
• Demonstrated expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and collaboration with Scrum Masters.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to expedite environment outages via incident management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment with defined design review processes.
