Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Your work focuses on building robust, automated, and high-performance production software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack solutions including front-end, back-end, database integrations, and server management.
• Write and execute tests to ensure software testability, automation, robustness, and performance.
• Collaborate with technical analysts and internal customers to gather requirements and deliver customer-centric products.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of daily development activities within an Agile tribe.
• Contribute to the SWIFT platform ecosystem through continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Java Developer.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database integration.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and team collaboration.
• Proven ability to implement automation and improve software testability.
• Experience with network and hosting management.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the SWIFT platform or similar financial ecosystems.
• Background in gathering technical market insights to drive product improvements.
