Description

You will develop and evolve payment and service-oriented systems using Java.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement RESTful APIs using Tomcat and handle JSON and XML data formats.
• Apply cryptography implementations within Java applications.
• Perform code reviews to ensure security, coding standards, and best practices.
• Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit.
• Operate within a Linux environment to support development and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java programming.
• Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proficiency with Java 8 or above, including Lambda Expressions and Parallel Streams.
• Hands-on experience with Tomcat, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with JUnit testing frameworks.
• Practical experience working in Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cryptography implementation in Java.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Python scripting.
• Experience with NoSQL Cassandra.
• Experience with Kafka or Kafka Streams.
