Description

Build and maintain backend systems using Java with a focus on multithreading and system integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refactor backend systems using Java, focusing on multithreading.
• Integrate systems and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement solutions utilizing databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Work within an Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix scripting using Bash or Python.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with system integration and troubleshooting techniques.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Experience with backend systems development.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to messaging technologies such as gRPC or Artemis.
• Experience with containerization or orchestration.
