Description

You will design and implement multi-tier web applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance web applications using the Spring Framework, Hibernate, and MVC or Struts architectures.
• Develop Java frameworks utilizing JMS and IBM Message Queues.
• Create database objects, including functions, stored procedures, and triggers using PL/SQL and T-SQL for MS SQL Server and Oracle.
• Manage version control using Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Stash, or Subversion.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, planning, and providing user story estimates in JIRA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Proficiency with JDBC, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Experience with SOAP, EJBs, Servlets, and JSP.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Git and other version control tools.
• Ability to write PL/SQL and T-SQL for Oracle and MS SQL Server.
• Experience working in an agile environment using JIRA.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to client sites across the U.S.
