Description

You will build and support backend applications using Java and Spring within a CI/CD environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain software solutions using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Develop and manage web services and SQL-based data integrations.
• Support application infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Operate within a test-driven continuous integration and continuous delivery environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development and support experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience building solutions in Java.
• Proficiency with Java frameworks and Spring.
• Experience with Web Services and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, and Unix/Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of databases including Sybase, DB2, and SQL Server.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTML, Bootstrap, JDBC, ODBC, Nginx, or Gunicorn.
• Familiarity with GitLab, Git TeamForge, Conda, Artifactory, and Docker.
