Description

Lead the development team as the primary technical point of contact for offshore operations, ensuring high-quality code standards and end-to-end delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with client stakeholders to align on technical requirements and project goals.
• Delegate tasks to team members and manage the full delivery lifecycle.
• Own project accountability and enforce rigorous code quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their technical proficiency.
• Apply continuous integration concepts to streamline development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful services and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Docker, containers, and AWS services including Lambda and SQS.
• Competency in Git, Postman, and IntelliJ.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
• Solid understanding of JMS messaging and Kafka.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kotlin, React, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, NoSQL, and data concurrency patterns.
• Experience with DB transactional programming.
