What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain robust Java-based applications supporting core business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Implement best practices in software development, including TDD and Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize system downtime.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of experience with Java, J2EE (both client and server side).
• Experience with object-oriented analysis and design, distributed systems, and relational databases.
• Proficiency with application frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or JSF.
• Knowledge of build and automation tools such as Maven, Jenkins, or Gradle.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
