Description

You will own platform architecture and release pipelines for highly scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and approve end-to-end functionality for product lines, platforms, or infrastructure.
• Build self-service platform constructs to enable other teams to achieve business goals.
• Drive architectural changes to accelerate feature development and improve service quality.
• Optimize system capacity, performance, and operational health.
• Develop and test code to deliver functionality that meets business objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python, or Golang.
• Experience with Kafka and relational or NoSQL databases including Postgres, MariaDB, Mongo, or Redis.
• Strong understanding of systems design, development, and observability for scalable software.
• Experience building highly scalable distributed systems.
• Deep knowledge of core computer science concepts and platform engineering.
• Ability to manage data lifecycle and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with test-driven development and software test automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with orchestration workflow engines like Temporal or Camunda.
• Micronaut framework experience.
