Description

You will manage the full development lifecycle of IPT tools and existing applications, including automation, maintenance, and technical problem-solving.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate IPT tools through the full software development lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Propose technical solutions for new initiatives and resolve complex technical problems.
• Document systems, processes, and architectural decisions.
• Manage the progress and delivery of assigned tasks and projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of applicable software development experience.
• Strong development skills in Java or Python.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and application architecture.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with users at all levels of an organization.

Preferred Skills

• Web development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
