Description

You will build and optimize backend systems using Java and Spring Boot for products with high user scale.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical implementations while maintaining system integrity.
• Own partially defined problems and drive discussions on implementation approaches.
• Apply TDD practices to maintain and improve code coverage.
• Optimize system flows to improve response times and memory consumption.
• Refactor and remove unused flows to support evolving system architecture.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience building backend systems with Java.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Experience working on products with high user scale (1M+ DAUs).
• Solid grasp of design principles and software design practices.
• Ability to manage your own delivery and identify external dependencies to ensure completion.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or any Graduate degree.
