Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android mobile applications, integrating with Spring Boot and Kafka backend services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android mobile applications using Java.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to implement application features.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services while ensuring application performance and security.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and production issues, participating in code reviews.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to established industry standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Android Application Development.
• Proficiency with Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Experience implementing backend integrations using Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience consuming and producing REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, or MVC).
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
