Description

You will build and maintain enterprise applications using Java-based technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage web services using RESTful architectures and Apache Axis 2.0.
• Implement front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Write and execute SQL scripts for DDL and DML within Oracle 10g environments.
• Process XML documents using DOM, SAX, and JAXB, including XSLT transformations.
• Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles using UML throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in J2EE technologies including Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and EJB.
• Strong experience with SQL and Oracle 10g.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Experience with XML processing using DOM, SAX, and JAXB.
• Competency in using configuration management tools such as SVN or CVS.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to perform object-oriented analysis and design using UML.
