Description

Develop and maintain enterprise server-side applications using J2EE technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, stable technical solutions aligned with platform strategies.
• Write, test, and maintain code using Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate with high test coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to plan and prioritize project requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint grooming, planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure system architecture and integration design standards are followed across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications with Java/J2EE.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM, and design patterns.
• Experience with Web Services (RESTful, SOAP) and XML technologies (XPath, XSLT).
• Proficiency in SQL queries for Sybase or DB2 databases.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as JUnit and profiling tools like JProfiler.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps integration.
• Experience with AI tools and models in development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UI technologies including Angular, JS, or React.
• Understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Experience with Unix or Linux development environments.
