Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and global IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Ensure system architecture and integration designs align with enterprise standards and business objectives.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate technical requirements based on project needs.
• Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Apply software development best practices, design patterns, and effective testing strategies.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, development tools, and AI-assisted software development practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development using Java/J2EE.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/ORM.
• Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Java/JEE, XML, XPath, XSLT, RESTful web services, and SOAP.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat or other application servers.
• Strong proficiency in SQL queries; experience with Sybase or DB2 is preferred.
• Experience with JSON, XML, XSLT, and web services integration.
• Knowledge of JUnit and performance profiling tools such as JProfiler or JProbe.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps integration, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other application lifecycle management tools.
• Exposure to AI tools, AI models, or AI-assisted development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Desired Skills

• Working knowledge of UI technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, or React.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of financial markets, banking products, or wealth management.
• Experience with Unix/Linux development environments.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
