Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Manage data integration and message streaming using Apache Kafka.
• Optimize database performance through schema design and indexing in MongoDB.
• Deploy and manage services using AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to manage relational data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for data streaming.
• Extensive experience with MongoDB, including performance tuning.
• Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
