Description

Build and maintain Java-based applications and APIs, integrating Agentic AI capabilities and optimizing data layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
• Implement and tune Redis caching strategies for performance optimization.
• Integrate Agentic AI workflows, including agent orchestration and tool calling.
• Optimize database queries for Oracle DB and manage MongoDB document models.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Core Java, OOP, Collections, and Concurrency.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Data).
• Experience with EJB (stateless/stateful beans, transactions, JPA).
• Solid knowledge of Kafka for messaging.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle DB (SQL, PL/SQL, tuning).
• Experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing).
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and implementation patterns.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and secure coding practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redis clustering or sentinel awareness.
• Background in implementing AI guardrails and observability.
