Description

You will build and maintain enterprise server-side applications using J2EE technologies, ensuring alignment with platform strategies and business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deliver stable, scalable technical solutions with hands-on coding and test coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to estimate, prioritize, and coordinate project requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint grooming, planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure system architecture and integration design standards align with broader platform strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation using ALM tools like JIRA to support high-quality development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise server-side applications with J2EE.
• Strong Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate programming skills.
• Proficiency in XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, and JSON formats.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services and Apache Tomcat.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit and profiling tools (JProfiler/Jprobe).
• Ability to write SQL queries for databases, preferably Sybase or DB2.
• Experience with DevOps integration and Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools and models.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of Financial Markets, Banking products, or Wealth Management.
• Working experience with Unix or Linux development environments.
