Description

You will build and maintain a workflow-driven account opening application using Java and microservices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflow-driven applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Implement event-driven architectures and messaging patterns using Kafka or MQ for real-time data processing.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Write unit and integration tests and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate within Agile/Scrum cycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Java development experience.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Kafka, IBM MQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of event-driven systems and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services and workflow engines.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
