You will lead complex technology initiatives, owning the design, code, test, debug, and documentation of large-scale projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs.
• Review and analyze large-scale technology solutions against business and technical objectives.
• Define engineering standards and best practices for technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical experts and external groups to resolve complex technical issues.
• Lead projects or serve as a peer mentor.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Java code development.
• 5+ years of Python code development.
• 2+ years implementing complex business solutions using design patterns.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 3+ years of GenAI experience (developing agents, bots, and memory-enabled agents).

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technology initiatives across the organization.
• Proven track record in mentoring peers.
