Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications using Java technologies.
• Maintain and enhance legacy applications built using Spring MVC and JSP.
• Develop and implement modern microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate distributed applications.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and Kafka Connectors.
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and complex SQL queries.
• Deploy and support applications running on Kubernetes platforms.
• Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
• Analyze requirements, estimate development effort, and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues across environments.
• Support production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership when required.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of Java & Database application development experience.
• Strong experience supporting and enhancing legacy applications built with Spring MVC and JSP.
• Hands-on experience building modern microservices using Spring Boot.
• Proven experience developing Oracle PL/SQL solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing Kafka-based integrations and event-driven systems.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and provide reliable effort estimations.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
