You will design and maintain enterprise applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Develop and consume REST APIs for system integration.
• Manage data persistence and queries using SQL and relational databases.
• Collaborate with the onsite team in Omaha, NE to deliver solutions.
• Integrate messaging services such as Kafka or JMS.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in enterprise Java development.
• Expertise in Java 17 and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Oracle Database, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka or JMS).
• Experience with version control using GitHub.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular 8.
• Familiarity with Docker.
