Java Developer - Payments (ISO 20022 Compliance)

You will build and maintain payment processing systems focused on ISO 20022 compliance and real-time data streaming.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain payment processing systems using Java and the PAIN message series format.
• Design integration solutions using Volante Designer and Mapper to configure message transformation maps.
• Build and optimize Apache Flink jobs for real-time data processing and analytics.
• Identify performance bottlenecks in workflows and optimize code to improve throughput.
• Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technical architecture, application development, or middleware.
• Strong expertise in Java development for scalable payment modules.
• Deep understanding of ISO 20022 standards and PAIN message formats.
• Experience with Apache Flink for real-time data streaming.
• Hands-on experience with Volante components, including Designer and Mapper.
• Experience with Azure enterprise implementations.
• Experience with AWS enterprise implementations.
• Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture and business process re-engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
