You will lead technical implementation and provide guidance for complex software projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers to improve technical capabilities and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews, oversee quality assurance, and implement coding standards and performance optimizations.
• Act as a technical consultant during feasibility studies to evaluate alternatives, architecture best practices, and technical risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing status reporting.
• Manage Kafka topic lifecycle, including publishing, consuming, error handling, and retry mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Spring Boot 3.x.
• Microservices architecture.
• Kafka topic management, including publishing and consuming.
• Kafka error handling and retry mechanisms.
• MongoDB with working knowledge of document structures and indexing best practices.
• Experience breaking down complex requirements into technical components and estimations.

• Any Graduate degree.
