Description

You will build backend services, data pipelines, and AI-integrated applications using Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and stream processing with Flink.
• Optimize application performance using Redis for caching.
• Integrate conversational AI frameworks and LLM-based agentic architectures.
• Develop data-driven applications and manage CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of Java development experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• 2-3 years of Python experience focused on backend or data-driven development.
• Deep understanding of Reactive Programming, including WebFlux.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Flink.
• Proficiency with Redis, MongoDB, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments like OCP or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Google Dialogflow CX or similar conversational AI frameworks.
• Exposure to LLMs, agentic architectures, prompt engineering, and ADK.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model telemetry.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Prior experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
