Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build RESTful APIs and distributed applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Implement data persistence layers with Hibernate, JPA, and JDBC against relational databases.
• Develop secure enterprise solutions with JWT, OAuth2, SSO, and Role-Based Access Control.
• Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage builds with Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Core Java (8/11/17) and J2EE.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework components including Data JPA and Security.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and SQL optimization.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Ability to integrate SOAP Web Services and handle JSON/XML data.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JVM performance tuning, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as OpenShift.
