Description

You will build and maintain mission-critical enterprise systems and high-volume data processing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful WebServices via Spring MVC.
• Implement server-side design patterns and manage transactions using Spring.
• Handle messaging via Kafka and manage data with Cassandra and SQL/Oracle databases.
• Perform memory and CPU profiling to ensure system stability.
• Drive technical issues to completion within a global support environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Core Java with expertise in multi-threading.
• Deep knowledge of Spring IOC (Dependency Injection) and Spring JDBC.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC for RESTful WebServices.
• Proficiency with Cassandra, SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Competency in Kafka messaging and JSON parsing using Jackson or Gson.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for build and deployment.
• Experience using Mockito or similar unit testing frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and IntelliJ IDE.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM MQ, Tibco EMS, or other JMS-based middleware.
• Knowledge of Spring State Machine or BPM frameworks.
• Exposure to Grafana, Maven, and shell scripting.
