Description

You will develop, deploy, and optimize Java 17/Spring 6 microservices in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Java 17/Spring 6 microservices within Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Design and implement database interactions using MongoDB or Oracle, optimizing for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-based application issues to maintain system stability.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements to maintain efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 17 and Spring 6.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
• Strong Kubernetes/OpenShift deployment expertise.
• Database proficiency with Oracle.
• Experience solving application performance issues (Memory leak, High CPU usage, Thread lock).
• Experience working on high-traffic, Tier 0 applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing security best practices with OAuth and JWT.
• Experience with automation and implementing DevOps practices.
