Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle within an Agile team, from design to maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, development, coding, and testing activities across the SDLC.
• Partner with stakeholders to align technical delivery with project goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with the Tech Lead to establish engineering standards.
• Drive software maintenance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in the Java programming language.
• Deep understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
• Experience working effectively within an Agile team construct.
• Ability to function across business analysis, development, and maintenance roles.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
