Description

You will design and build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and the Spring ecosystem, while managing MySQL database performance and complex SQL queries.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices and RESTful web services.
• Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries within MySQL databases.
• Perform database performance tuning to ensure system efficiency.
• Deliver technical solutions independently within a small team.
• Maintain and improve existing Java-based applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful web services.
• Advanced knowledge of core Java concepts.
• Solid experience with MySQL database management.
• Practical understanding of SQL and database performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
