Description

You will develop Java applications and manage the full software development lifecycle from design through testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop application code following established coding standards.
• Design and execute unit, system, and integration tests.
• Participate in peer code reviews to provide technical feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to solve technical problems.
• Manage commerce dataloads and utilize admin tools within HCL Commerce.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (1.8+), OOPs, and Data Structures/Algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Core, AOP, Batch, JMS) and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices API design and Design Patterns.
• Expertise in HCL Commerce, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Liberty, Apache Solr, and IBM DB2.
• Knowledge of JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JPA, JSTL, and Struts.
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and XML.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
• Competency in relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with version control tools including Git and SVN.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend experience with Angular-js, React-js, or Vuejs.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
