Description

You will design, develop, and implement large-scale software applications within a scrum team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop data and software components including conceptual data models, data flows, and entity relationships.
• Create and execute test plans and cases based on design specifications.
• Support technical design decisions through prototyping and validation of technical approaches.
• Identify and raise technical, security, delivery, and performance risks.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for peer reviews, documentation, and installation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, and EJB.
• 5+ years of experience with full stack technologies including Spring Boot, React or Angular, and producing/consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and cloud technologies such as Azure, OpenShift, AWS, or Docker.
• 3-10 years of experience designing and implementing software applications at large institutions.
• Strong understanding of software development patterns, object-oriented design principles, and coding techniques.
• Experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with end-to-end DevOps CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Maven, GitLab, or SonarQube.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Snowflake development.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
