You will develop and maintain scalable software applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement REST APIs within a Services Oriented Architecture.
• Design software solutions using established Design Patterns.
• Debug complex codebases to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Translate client requirements and business needs into functional code.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver software within the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Core Java and J2EE.
• Extensive experience with the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases, specifically Oracle or Postgres.
• Competency with version control tools.
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Background in large-scale big data environments.
