Description

You will design, implement, and own complex features for large-scale enterprise products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle of assigned features, from analysis and design to implementation.
• Collaborate with product management to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop solution approaches and detailed design artifacts for stakeholder review.
• Implement high-quality features using TDD processes and mentor other teams.
• Debug production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience building products for large enterprises.
• Expertise in Java programming, including collections frameworks, multi-threading, and OOPs.
• Strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging using Kafka.
• Hands-on experience building concurrent, parallelized, and scalable applications.
• Experience working with at least one cloud provider, preferably AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Elasticsearch.
