Description

Lead development efforts and coordinate distributed teams as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development teams in a distributed services environment.
• Design and implement services using Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.
• Manage messaging infrastructure and data integration tasks.
• Develop and maintain applications using J2EE and Spring Boot frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM MQ messaging infrastructure.
• 1+ years of experience with Apache Kafka or Confluent Kafka.
• Proficiency with Java, REST, SOAP, and Git.
• Experience with J2EE technologies including JDBC, JNDI, and JMS.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, ANSI SQL, or Transact-SQL.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or team coordination roles.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
