Description

You will own the delivery of Java-based modules, ensuring technical quality and timely execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, assign, and track module work plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members to improve productivity.
• Drive process improvement and compliance through technical reviews.
• Prepare status reports to manage project risks and resolve escalations.
• Develop JUnit test cases covering various execution conditions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot 3.x and Spring frameworks.
• Experience with MySQL database management.
• Strong testing skills using JUnit.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Unix Scripting experience.
• Go Lang proficiency.
