Java Developer

You will develop and maintain enterprise applications for a Federal Healthcare Insurance organization in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain back-end services using Java and J2EE frameworks.
• Implement software solutions with the Spring Framework and related technologies.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services using Angular and JSP.
• Collaborate with team members through clear verbal and written communication.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java and J2EE.
• Proficiency with the Spring Framework.
• Experience with Angular, JSP, and JDBC.
• Working knowledge of Hibernate, JMX, and JMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Health Care Claims processing and Big Data.
• Experience with Ant, Struts, Spring Boot, and XML parser technology.
• Familiarity with SOA based infrastructure, jUnit, HTTPUnit, and J2EE application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat, or JBoss.
