Description

You will design, build, and maintain REST API services and scalable solutions for web and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST API services using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Tomcat.
• Lead end-to-end migration of back-end services and databases from Oracle DB to Azure Cosmos DB.
• Implement reactive programming techniques to handle Azure Cosmos DB change feeds via reactive listeners and stored procedures.
• Establish data communication between back-end systems using Kafka.
• Develop unit and automation testing frameworks to achieve 100% code coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring, Hibernate, and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle DB and Azure Cosmos DB migrations.
• Proficiency with Kafka for back-end data communication.
• Experience with testing frameworks including Selenium, Mockito, JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, and Chai.
• Competency with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Experience using SonarQube for code quality and JIRA for defect tracking.
• Ability to use Splunk for monitoring and debugging applications.
• Experience with JMeter for performance and load testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reactive and adaptive programming techniques.
