Description

Develop and maintain backend services, focusing on RESTful APIs, event-based messaging, and performance optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful Web Services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement event-driven messaging solutions with Kafka.
• Analyze and tune application performance across distributed services.
• Integrate services with NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional development experience with Java.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with distributed messaging using Kafka.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful Web Services.
• Experience integrating with Cassandra for NoSQL persistence.
• Familiarity with caching strategies using Redis.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and Docker.
• Working knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud environments, specifically Azure Cloud.
