You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and AI-integrated applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-performance microservices using Java 20/21 and Spring Boot.
• Design REST APIs and manage data persistence with SQL and MongoDB.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and Azure/AWS cloud services.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing application workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive system design and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms Azure and AWS.
• Proficiency with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and MongoDB.
• Experience with AI/ML integration and implementation.
• Familiarity with Angular and Node.js for full-stack context.
• Proficient in Git, JUnit, Mockito, and Maven.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JMS/RabbitMQ and Linux/Unix environments.
• Background in Agile methodologies and mentoring technical teams.
