Description

You will design and build Java-based microservices and full-stack applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java-based applications and microservices.
• Build end-to-end full-stack solutions using Angular/React and backend services.
• Ensure code quality via Test-Driven Development, unit testing, and code reviews.
• Integrate applications with cloud-native platforms, preferably AWS.
• Contribute to system design, performance tuning, and optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, and REST APIs.
• Full stack experience with Angular or React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in building microservices and API development.
• Cloud experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior experience on Capital One projects.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
