Description

You will develop and maintain Java-based components and applications onsite in Salt Lake City.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Java-based solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and system administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Optimize existing code and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java/J2EE and Spring framework.
• Proficiency in Java 8 and above.
• Strong knowledge of Collections and Multi-Threading.
• Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, micro-services, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, and Spring JPA.
• Proficiency with build tools including Gradle and Maven.
• Experience with GIT version control.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, SQL, and relational databases.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• UI technologies such as Angular or React.
• Messaging tools like Kafka.
• Cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
