Description

You will design and develop Java-based travel booking applications, including enhancements for sales floor efficiency and data model updates.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop next-generation travel booking applications.
• Implement enhancements to improve sales floor efficiency.
• Participate in design discussions and update data models.
• Modify framework files as required.
• Work within defined development processes and SDLC frameworks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of commercial experience with core Java technologies and libraries.
• 3+ years of commercial experience designing and developing web-based applications.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with relational databases, specifically MS-SQL Server and T-SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with Java EE technologies, including Servlet and JSP.
• 2+ years of experience with JDBC or equivalent data-tier frameworks and database design.
• 2+ years of experience with SDLC frameworks and IT best practices.
• Experience working within an onsite-offshore model.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity or experience within the travel industry.
