Description

You will build and maintain scalable web applications and microservices using Java and Spring frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Implement messaging patterns using MQ Series or Kafka.
• Manage data persistence across RDBMS and in-memory databases.
• Monitor application performance and logs using Splunk or APM tools.
• Apply BDD development practices to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in web application development.
• 10+ years of experience with Java.
• 8+ years of experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience building Java REST services.
• 4+ years of experience with RESTful API development and microservices.
• 4+ years of experience with MQ Series or Kafka messaging.
• 4+ years of experience with RDBMS.
• 2+ years of cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, or PCF).
• 2+ years of experience with in-memory databases like Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• 1+ year of experience with BDD and log monitoring tools (Splunk, NewRelic, AppDynamics, or Elastic Stack).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with React, JavaScript, and Micro Frontend Architecture.
