Description

Define system, technical, and application architectures for major development areas. Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance for new and enhanced software products. Ensure quality and consistency of software architecture across the entire system.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to development teams.
• Research and implement best practice frameworks to control costs and increase service delivery predictability.
• Recommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and technical competitiveness.
• Manage Windows and Linux server configurations and Linux scripting.
• Deliver software using the Agile Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based software.
• Core Java and Java EE expertise, including Collections, Lambdas, Streams, and Concurrency.
• Spring Framework proficiency (Spring MVC, Core, Security, and Data Persistence).
• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular), jQuery, and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP API clients, Web Services, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with JDBC and Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization platforms.
• Working knowledge of Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Maven build tools and Selenium automation.

Preferred Skills

• Weblogic or similar application/web server administration experience.
