Description

You will analyze requirements for developer enablement frameworks and platform capabilities to ensure optimal performance and scalability. You will evaluate existing systems and constraints to recommend actionable solutions that enhance platform efficiency. You will contribute to the design and prototyping of platform features and reusable capabilities, building proof of concepts and assessing technical feasibility. You will break down complex engineering work into manageable iterations that deliver measurable value and high-quality, production-ready code. You will partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine scope, acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in modern engineering stacks.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with React and Node.js.
• Strong background in Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of cloud native architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in applying Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts and modern engineering patterns.
